I have installed RawMeat, but whenever I try to load a file, this error appears: "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID failed due to following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT:0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)). I have a Windows 10 PC. Plese, help.

That looks like an error generated by RawMeat's code. Make sure that you have Microsoft Visual Studio installed on your PC, then try loading the file again. Unfortunately, if that doesn't help, there isn't too much that you can do about it as the application appears to be discontinued and there's no way for you to contact the developer.
Alternatively, you could try testing other applications that offer a similar functionality such as Trans Proteomics Pipeline (free) or an open-source project called KYSS.
